Nicola is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She supports individuals to improve their health, wellbeing and performance through practical, personalised nutrition care that fits real life.
Nicola has extensive clinical experience in weight management, performance and chronic disease. With experience spanning clinical dietetics, disability support, aged care, community health and food service quality improvement. With more than three years of hands‑on work supporting NDIS participants, Nicola brings a deep understanding of diverse abilities, communication needs and the importance of creating nutrition strategies that are realistic, flexible and person‑centred.
Nicola also has a strong foundation in performance and athletic nutrition. As a competitive surf boat rower, she has represented her state four times and has captained the state team, giving her firsthand insight into fuelling for strength, endurance, recovery and high‑level performance. This background allows her to support clients who want to optimise training, improve energy levels, build strength or simply feel and perform at their best.
Her long standing involvement in Surf Life Saving - including committee roles, coaching youth and adults, mentoring younger athletes and supporting inclusive programs - has shaped her strengths in communication, leadership and creating supportive, empowering environments.
Nicola brings warmth, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and capable in their nutrition journey. She offers evidence‑based guidance tailored to each individual, with a focus on sustainable habits, practical strategies and meaningful results.
